Refunds and Returns Policy

MOM OF 2 AND A LASER REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Mom of 2 and a Laser.

We always want to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase(s) we want to help. We do ask that all communications regarding any returns be sent via email to returns@momof2andalaser.com.  

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCT

Due to the nature of instant downloads, refunds, returns and exchanges will not be permitted on these purchases. However, if you experience any issues with your downloadable purchase, please contact the shop owner via the Contact Us Page

FOR STANDARD RETURNS

All products that are not custom or specially made for you may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receiving but may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be sent back in the same condition they were shipped out in or picked up.

If there is nothing wrong with the product(s) and/or the order was shipped correctly, you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

After we receive your return, our team will inspect the order and process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund, however we still want you to be happy.  Please contact us to discuss your situation details.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

ORDERS THAT ARRIVED DAMAGED

Please contact us immediately and provide pictures of the damages so that we may file a claim with the shipping company and replace your order as soon as possible.

ORDERS THAT ARRIVED INCORRECTLY

If we shipped your order incorrectly, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to correct the mistake as quickly as possible. 

** PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**

We reserve the right to modify this policy without warning as needed.
